Dr. Bhante Sangpriya Rahul, the National President of the Bhartiya Bauddh Sangh, while endorsing the BJP government at a press conference, announced a campaign to distribute a copy of the Indian Constitution to every citizen of Uttar Pradesh- except Muslims. He asserted that he is sure Muslims do not believe in the Constitution.
