At a Jagran Sabha organised by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, far-right journalist Suresh Chavhanke—CMD and editor-in-chief of Sudarshan News—delivered an anti-Muslim hate speech where 3,000 swords were distributed. He used slurs like “kathmulla,” labeled Muslims as “traitors,” and pushed the “Chhota Pakistan” narrative. He spread the conspiracy of “love jihad,” claimed Muslims target married Hindu women, and called them “filthy” and violent. He warned that Muslims are armed and storing weapons in mosques, and urged Hindus to arm themselves.
