At an official press conference of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad–Bajrang Dal, Milind Parande, Organising General Secretary of the VHP, raised concerns over a Hindu population decline and fear mongered about alleged “Muslim infiltration” into Goa.
He spread the “love jihad” conspiracy and claimed, “The Christian population has declined, whereas the Muslim population has increased.”
Parande fear mongered about Muslim outsiders being systematically settled in Goa, declaring, “They are going to use population as a weapon.” He added, “Along with Kannada-speaking Muslims, even Bengali Muslims are coming. Now we don’t know if he is from West Bengal, Bangladesh, or Myanmar.”
