At a Hanuman Jayanti event organised by VHP-Bajrang Dal, Bajrang Dal national convener Neeraj Doneria targeted Muslims and claimed that they are plotting to turn India into an “Islamic State” by 2047. He also peddled the conspiracy theory of “love jihad”, alleging that Muslims are engaging in it in order to increase their population.
