Yati Narsinghanand Poetry Event Features Islamophobic Speeches, Calls for Hindu Supremacy

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

At a poetry event organised by far-right monk Yati Narsinghanand, several poets promoted Islamophobic narratives and targeted Muslims. One speaker described Muslims as a “community of traitors” filled with cruelty and urged Hindus to arm themselves against them.

He also claimed that the country belongs solely to Hindus and mocked the practice of circumcision. The poets at the event also peddled the conspiracy theory of “love jihad.”
