Bharatiya Hindu Raksha Vahini leader Madan Singh Bisht, speaking at an organisational meeting, targeted Muslims and referred to them as “hyenas.” He peddled the conspiracy theory of “love jihad” and claimed that Muslims receive funding from Maulanas to target Hindus. He also made false claims that Muslims use intoxicants to make Hindu men impotent in order to reduce the Hindu population.
