Mohammad Siddiquddin, a resident of Koparkhairane, commented, “Aurangzeb Alamgir is your father,” on a video posted by the Bajrang Dal’s Kurla district page. In response, Bajrang Dal members from Kurla and Vidyanagari allegedly tracked him down in Vidyanagar, assaulted him, and forced him to change his statement while abusing various Muslim rulers of India. They later handed him over to the police, after which Mumbai Police booked him under Section 196 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.
