Pravin Togadia, founder and president of AHP–Rashtriya Bajrang Dal, led attendees in taking a pledge while fearmongering about an alleged decline in the Hindu population, claiming that wherever Hindus have declined, they have been killed. He declared that a “Hindu majority” would be maintained through law or by force. He further asserted that Hindus would be “the ones to beat and win,” and called for the establishment of more Hanuman Chalisa centres in every village.
