In Surat’s Mandvi, T Raja Singh Calls Muslims “Insects,” Pushes “Land Jihad,” and Threatens Violence

Location: Mandvi, Surat, Gujarat

During a Virat Hindu Dharamsabha, T. Raja Singh, former Bharatiya Janata Party MLA, delivered a dangerous anti-Muslim speech in which he spread the conspiracy theories of “love jihad” and “land jihad,” praised bulldozer demolitions targeting Muslims, demanded that Muslims not be allowed to live near temples, and referred to Muslims as “enemies” and “insects.” He also urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to introduce a population control law targeting Muslims and to reward ministers who sterilize the most “gol-topiwallas,” while calling on Hindus to arm themselves and threatening violence against “traitors of India.”
