In Thane, Speaker Calls ‘Love Jihad’ and ‘Corporate Jihad’ Greater Threats Than Cancer

Location: Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra

At a Virat Hindu Sammelan, speaker Sanjay Balodi promoted the anti-Muslim conspiracy theories of “love jihad,” “land jihad,” “thook jihad,” “food jihad,” and “corporate jihad.” He claimed that these “jihads” are more dangerous to the nation than cancer. He spoke against “secularism,” claiming it was the result of communist and Marxist ideology conspiring to make the education system secular, and asserted that it is no longer the case. He questioned whether a dog, which he compared to “Pakistanis,” “ghuspaithiyas,” and “Hindu traitors,” should be shot or boycotted if it spoke against the nation and Sanatan. He claimed that there are several such “dogs” in the country and urged attendees to identify them.
