During an AHP–Rashtriya Mahila Parishad and Ojaswini event, a speaker brandished a sword and issued explicit threats of violence, stating that anyone who “looks at” Hindu women would be “slaughtered,” asserting that they require no law or state sanction to carry out such actions.
