At a Maharana Pratap Jayanti event, Hindu Utsav Samiti President and Sanskriti Bachao Manch leader Chandrashekhar Tiwari called for combining shaastra (religious knowledge) with shastra (arms training). He urged women to consider only Sanatanis as brothers and not “jihadis,” invoking the anti-Muslim conspiracy theory of “love jihad” and claiming that they consider women as “object of pleasure.” Tiwari also urged Hindus to exclusively deal with Hindus economically and socially, even if it meant paying more, and urged attendees not to allow “Bhaijaan” into their homes.
