Union Home Minister Amit Shah, speaking at the 125th Birth Anniversary Programme of Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee, reiterated the BJP’s pledge to identify and expel each and every “ghuspaithiya” (infiltrator) from India, claiming that doing so would make the country completely secure. He stated that the process of identifying and deporting alleged infiltrators had already begun and announced that a committee had been constituted to implement the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) in the state.
