Far-right Hindu nationalist groups led by BJP MLA Sangram Jagtap staged a roadblock protest following the killing of a Hindu man. Jagtap himself alleged that the man was killed by Muslims for wearing a saffron tilak. Other speakers used anti-Muslim slurs, called for violence against Muslims, and led anti-Muslim chants.
