At the inauguration of a Hanuman Chalisa Kendra organised by Antarrashtriya Hindu Parishad-Rashtriya Bajrang Dal, Rajni Thukral, president of Ojaswini, delivered an anti-Muslim speech filled with disinformation. She urged parents to teach their children the “differences” between Hinduism and Islam/Christianity, falsely claiming that Islam treats women like cattle and that Muslim women have no agency.
She distorted the concept of Meher and alleged that Muslim women marry their uncles or close relatives. Spreading disinformation, she said, “We pray to our nine-year-old daughters, whereas Muslim fathers marry their daughters when they turn nine.”
