At a Republic Day event organized by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal, Uttar Pradesh Bajrang Dal chief Vivek Mishra Nahil delivered a speech demonising Muslims.He fear mongered about an alleged Islamic takeover of Britain and demographic change in India, claiming that Hindus are under attack. He demonized Muslims in multiple ways, portraying them as having “four to five wives and 50 kids” and labeling them as “puncturewallas” and stone-pelters. He warned, “Who will live in your large houses? Who will drive your cars? It will be the Musalman who will live in your house and drive your cars. The Musalman will steal your jobs, your house. They will break your temples and kill your saints. They will kidnap your women and assault them.”
