Dinesh Patil, founder and president of Akhil Aryavart Sangh – Antarashtriya Bajrang Dal, fearmongered about the Muslim population during a Hindu conference organised by the group. He demanded that the government “free” Kashi and Mathura, or else they need to undertake “kar seva.” He also urged the Hindus to unite and work for “Hindu Rashtra.”
