Tension erupted in Unnao during Holi as intoxicated youths on motorcycles allegedly hurled clothes and stones at houses of the minority community.
CO Bangarmau Arvind Chaurasia stated that the group created a ruckus, using abusive language and making inappropriate remarks. Despite warnings, they continued to disrupt public order. Authorities intervened and used force to disperse them. “The situation was brought under control, and there were no further issues,” Chaurasia said.
