Cow vigilante and Karni Sena leader Sachin Raghav, speaking at an event organised by Sri Ram Sena, boasted about threatening a Maulavi to reduce the volume of the azan, warning that he would otherwise steal the loudspeaker. He urged youth to take action to establish a “Hindu Rashtra.” He also claimed that if he ever received information about a cow being slaughtered in any home in Aligarh, he would demolish that house.
