Hindu nationalist supporters assaulted two men for allegedly cooking and consuming chicken, accusing them of polluting the “religious city” of Ayodhya. The victims were later handed over to the police by Abhiraj Mishra, also known as Maharaj Dashanan, the district president of Team Mahant Yogi Supporters Trust.
