Communal clashes broke out during Navratri Garba after a WhatsApp status linked to the “I Love Muhammad”–“I Love Mahadev” trend triggered tensions. Over 200 people engaged in stone-pelting, arson, and vandalism that damaged shops and vehicles, some of which were set on fire. Police detained around 60 people.
