AHP-Rashtriya Bajrang Dal leader Manmohan Tripathi and Vishwa Hindu Mahasangh falsely alleged an Islamic flag at a biriyani shop of being the Pakistani flag. The dispute escalated into a fight over the demand to remove the flag, in presence of the police. The police took immediate action and detained several people including the biryani shop owner Shailesh Yadav and the operator Rafiq. On the complaint of the district president of Rashtriya Bajrang Dal, a case was registered against 100 people including the shop owner under sections of assault and disturbing peace.
