Vishva Hindu Mahasangh leader Akhilesh Singh asserted that Hindus are safe only as long as Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath remains in power and alleged that those opposed to saffron symbols, Hindutva, or Hindu identity have a “dushit mansikta” (corrupt mindset). He used derogatory terms such as “kukermutte (mushroom),” “haramkhor (Scoundrels),” and “dogle (two-faced hypocrites)” for those who oppose Hindutva and warned that anyone who has a problem with the “Bhagwa” (saffron flag) or “Hindutva” should leave Uttar Pradesh and India. Referring to the death of Surya Chauhan, who was reportedly stabbed by individuals including Asad, Nawab, and Farhan, he warned Hindus against befriending Muslims, claiming that befriending them would lead to “qurbani” (sacrifice). He further derogatorily referred to Muslims as “jihadi kutmullas” and threatened that those who provoke Hindus would be sent to “72 hoors,” asserting that no one would be able to save them.
