At the Jan Akrosh Morcha organised by Sakal Hindu Samaj, Milind Ekbote, president of Dharmaveer Sambhaji Maharaj Pratishthan and Samasta Hindu Aghadi, far-right influencer Sangram Bapu, and BJP MLA Gopichand Padalkar delivered anti-Muslim hate speeches and spread anti-Muslim conspiracies. Ekbote threatened butchers with violence and death and claimed Muslims chant “Har ghar me Afzal paida hoga” while using abusive language against them. Sangram Bapu invoked Nathuram Godse as a protector of Hindus, called for violence against opponents, and repeatedly spread conspiracies of ‘land jihad’ and ‘love jihad’. Padalkar fearmongered about alleged jihadi conspiracies against Hindus, accused Muslims of encroaching on forts, and demanded the government demolish these structures. He targeted Christians for alleged forced conversions, encouraged harassment and violence against those accused, and called for the demolition of Muslim and Christian religious sites. Padalkar also spread conspiracies of ‘love jihad’ and ‘vote jihad’, claiming Muslims are disloyal to non-Muslims and urging violence against Muslim men accused of entrapping Hindu women in colleges.
