Bajrang Dal members assaulted a Muslim gym trainer after spotting him driving with a Hindu client, accusing him of “luring” Hindu women. The woman defended him, but the Bajrang Dal succeeded in getting him jailed under restrictive sections after the assault. Police transferred the case between stations due to jurisdiction, and eventually sent him to jail despite the woman not filing a complaint.
