A mob set fire to two houses belonging to a Muslim family, allegedly after a family member married a Hindu girl from Rajasthan. According to local testimonies, 15 to 20 masked men armed with hammers vandalised the houses and set them on fire when no one was home. Villagers had reportedly held two Gram Panchayat meetings to discuss the marriage before the attack.
