Hindu Utsav Samiti President and Sanskriti Bachao Manch leader Chandrashekhar Tiwari promoted multiple anti-Muslim conspiracy theories, including “love jihad,” “land jihad,” “thook jihad,” “moot jihad,” and “bhabhi jihad,” and urged attendees to closely monitor Hindu women and girls to prevent them from getting “entangled with jihadi.” He instructed families to scrutinise their daughters’ phone activity, raising suspicion over late-night conversations and private interactions, and suggesting that a girl speaking to “Seema” could in fact be “Salman.” He further warned against girls seeking privacy from their parents, claiming such behaviour indicates involvement with “wrong” individuals. He cautioned that failure to remain vigilant would allow “jihadi” influence to spread, reiterating the existence of multiple forms of “jihad.” Expanding on “land jihad,” he fearmongered about demographic change, alleging that Hindus are being driven out of localities and forced to sell their homes to “Miya” and migrate. He accused Hindus of ignoring early signs, such as neighbours allegedly throwing meat, and argued they only react when directly affected. He concluded by asserting that these patterns are reducing the Hindu population, forcing migration as they become surrounded by Muslims, and framing this as a deliberate strategy of “land jihad.”
