VHP-Bajrang Dal members staged a protest against actor Aamir Khan, burned his effigy, and chanted slogans calling him a “jihadi” and demanding that he leave the country. Bajrang Dal leader Manoj Soni alleged that Aamir Khan marries Hindu women to challenge Hindu society and the country’s legal system, and claimed that he was part of a larger conspiracy to weaken Hindu society. He warned that Khan would be “taught a lesson” and demanded that the government take strict action against him.
