Pravin Togadia, founder and president of AHP–Rashtriya Bajrang Dal, addressed a gathering where he alleged that Mecca once housed a Shiv Mandir that was destroyed 1,400 years ago. He referenced Babur, accusing him of building a mosque over the Ram Janmabhoomi, and glorified the removal of “symbols of Babur” from India. He also boasted about issuing threats of violence against anyone who opposed the Ram Mandir construction. He praised the karseva movement, portraying it as a unifying Hindu effort for a “dharma yudh,” and celebrated the demolition of the Babri Masjid. He fearmongered about a declining Hindu population and declared that a “Hindu majority” would be maintained either through law or by force. He demanded a population control law, the expulsion of three crore Bangladeshi Muslims, and promoted the slogan “3 bache Hindu sache.” He urged Hindus to buy from and employ only Hindus, asserting that Hindus would be “the ones to beat and win,” citing Israel as an example. He further referred to Muslims as snakes, claiming that when five lakh Hindus gather for the Hanuman Chalisa, “snakes will die,” arguing that it is ten times more powerful than mosques and churches.
