VHP-Bajrang Dal leader Jitendra Pratap Singh, speaking at a village meeting, urged Hindus to arm themselves with swords and sticks. Referring to Muharram processions, he criticised Hindus for spending on expensive clothes during festivals instead of equipping themselves with weapons.
