Hindu Raksha Dal members vandalised carts belonging to Muslim street vendors, warning that “Mulla-Maulvi won’t be allowed.” They accused the vendors of trying to evict a Hindu street vendor and placing meat on her stall, and falsely claimed they were setting up stalls to spy on Hindus and their festivals.
