VHP-Bajrang Dal leader Vikas Verma, speaking at a weekly Hanuman Chalisa event, claimed that the money donated to Hindu temples is being used by the government to “nurture beggar-jihadi elements,” Rohingyas, and Bangladeshis. He further alleged that the Assam government took land away from “ghuspaithiyas” (infiltrators) but allowed them to continue living in the state, claiming they would indulge in jihad again.
