At an event organised by Antarashtriya Hindu Parishad–Rashtriya Bajrang Dal, President Praveen Togadia claimed Hindus would only be safe if they maintained a high population. He declared, “We have to maintain Hindu dominance either by the stick or the law,” demanded the expulsion of “3 crore Bangladeshi Muslims,” urged Hindus to boycott Muslims economically, and used history to label Muslims as “outsiders” and descendants of Mohammed Ghori.
