Yati Narsinghanand Giri organised a Hindu Mahapanchayat at the Dasna Devi Temple, where several speakers delivered anti-Muslim speeches. Narsinghanand laid out the decisions of the Panchayat, claiming that Hindu men are being killed daily and Hindu women are being trapped in “love jihad,” following the commandments of the Quran. He stated that the Panchayat declared Mohammad, the Quran, and Islam as the biggest enemies of Sanatan and humanity. They also declared that anyone who does not consider them enemies or is cordial with Muslims is an enemy of Hindu society. They declared that it is the religious responsibility of Hindus to completely boycott Muslims, claiming that every Muslim is engaged in “jihad” against Hindus. They demanded another partition for a country with no Muslims, mosques, or Quran, and until such a partition takes place, Hindus should form settlements separated from Muslims and not let any Muslims in. He claimed that the Jews can “urinate on the mouths of 200 crore Muslims” because they have their own country. He declared that murdering anyone engaged in “jihad” is justified and that the Panchayat will support and stand by those who do so. They also decided to completely boycott Hindus who rent their houses and shops to Muslims. Yati Narsinghanand claimed that Muslims murder easily because they are trained to cut goats from childhood and asked Hindus to keep pistols, guns, and, if possible, AK-47s. His disciple, Anil Yadav, delivered a speech claiming that Islam will only stop at annihilation– either Hindus annihilate Muslims or Muslims are already annihilating Hindus, asserting that whoever annihilates the other first will win. He recited a poem stating that traitors must die and calling on attendees to carry out massacres.
Mahesh Ahuja asserted that until Hindus enter Muslim houses and attack them, they will continue to be considered weak. Rajkumar Panchal, also known as Bittu Bajrangi, termed the Mewat region “Mini Pakistan,” calling himself the “brother-in-law of jihadis.” He also targeted Additional District and Sessions Judge Tabassum Khan for sentencing 14 cow vigilantes to life imprisonment in the mob lynching case of a Muslim man. Bhupendra “Pinki” Chaudhary, national president of Hindu Raksha Dal, claimed that after a Hindu man was murdered in Uttarakhand, his team attacked and evicted all Muslims from the area. He referred to Muslims as “mullas” and “pigs” and claimed that every Muslim has been planning to kill Hindus in mosques and madrasas. Another speaker called on Hindus to arm themselves with weapons and train in their use. BJP leader Udeeta Tyagi targeted Hindu women whose daughters, she claimed, had run away with “Mlechas” and “mullas,” and urged them to warn their daughters against them. Another speaker urged Hindus to arm themselves, claiming that wars are won with intellect. Sachin Sirohi claimed that there had been no greater massacres than those committed by Muslims in Uttar Pradesh, asserted that only Hindus are being killed, and declared that “blood will be avenged with blood.” Kuwar Ajay Tomar claimed that mosques, madrasas, and mazars are training grounds for killing Hindus and termed them the “headquarters of terrorism.” Another speaker urged Hindus to “cut, kill or assault,” asserting that he would fight their legal cases, and declared that he would support anyone willing to marry Muslim women.
