During Shri Ram Katha event, religious preacher Dhirendra Shastri targeted Christians and Muslims and claimed that many “Hallelujah people” are converting Adivasis through inducements and so-called healing miracles. He urged attendees “to be like Kali and Durga, but never one clad in a burqa,” alleging that some “Kalnemi” (demons in disguise) come concealing their identity by wearing false kelava and tilak. He further mentioned the ghar wapsi of four individuals carried out during the event and claimed that Hindu children are being targeted through films. He also invoked the condition of Hindus in Bangladesh, declaring that if a “Hindu Rashtra” and “Bhagwa-e-Hind” are established, then people from other religions would be safe.
