At a Family Reunion programme by VHP-Bajrang Dal, Neeraj Doneria, National Coordinator of Bajrang Dal, promoted the idea of Akhand Bharat and made anti-Muslim and anti-Christian remarks. He alleged that Christians were indulging in religious conversions to divide the country and that Muslim “jihadis” were trying to establish an “Islamic State.” He peddled conspiracy theories about “love jihad” and religious conversion, framing it as “grooming.” He further encouraged Hindu men to marry Muslim women willing to convert, claiming they might be troubled by Muslim men.
