At a Dandiya Raas event, VHP-Bajrang Dal leader Tannu Sharma likened Muslims to “demons” in today’s world. He claimed that these “demons” wear skullcaps, have no mustaches, and wear kurta-pyjamas. Further, he peddled the anti-Muslim conspiracy theory of “love jihad” and urged women to be like Kalka Mata and behead “jihadis.” He falsely alleged that the “I love Mohammed” campaign carries hatred toward Hindus and that Muslim children are being trained to bomb Hindu homes, attack Hindus, and kill them.
