At a program on “Anti-Hindu Nexus in Judiciary” organised by The Jaipur Dialogues, a far-right YouTube channel, BJP leader Nazia Elahi ridiculed hate speech cases, calling Muslims “Abdul Bhaijaan log”, “Katua”, and “beef eaters,” while defending her earlier remark “Mohammad suar ki dukaan.” She also labelled AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi “a Pakistani agent” and “Razakaar.” BJP leader and Supreme Court advocate Ashwini Upadhyay spread conspiracies of ‘love jihad’ and ‘land jihad,’ fearmongered about religious conversions, and demanded they be declared “organised crime”. He then led chants against conspiracies of ‘love jihad’ and ‘land jihad,’ and fearmongered about alleged Rohingya and Bangladeshi infiltrators.
