At a Bhagwat Katha, far-right monk Madhuram Sharan Shiva, leader of the armed monks’ group Shiva Shakti Akhada, alleged that multiple forms of “jihad” were being waged to destroy Hindu culture. He urged Hindus to impart religious values to the next generation, warning that failure to do so would endanger Sanatan Dharma, and blamed Hindus for neglecting their children’s religious upbringing.
