In Khanapara, Amit Shah vows to reclaim land from “ghuspaithiyas”

Location: Khanapara, Kamrup, Assam

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, speaking at an NDA Panchayat Pratinidhi Sammelan, targeted those he referred to as “ghuspaithiya” (infiltrators). He accused them of marrying underage girls and claimed that the BJP government, under Himanta Biswa Sarma, had jailed those involved. Shah boasted that “lakhs of acres of land” had been seized from alleged “ghuspaithiyas” and vowed to reclaim “every inch” to give to Assamese youth. He further declared that Assam’s leadership should not go to those who “repeatedly visit Pakistan” and asserted that the BJP government would continue to take tough action against alleged “ghuspaithiyas” in Assam.
