At a Hindu Jan Akrosh Morcha organised by Sakal Hindu Samaj, a far-right speaker described an alleged land scam as “land jihad,” while protesters raised slogans against “land jihad.” At the same event, far-right activist Harshu Thakur demanded the removal of all Urdu signboards from government offices, claiming they made the area resemble Pakistan. She told Muslims, “This is not your father’s Pakistan,” declared that “our nation does not run on Sharia,” and later led protesters in a clash with police after they were denied entry into the Municipal Corporation building.
