A Muslim patient alleged religious discrimination at Dr Vinay Gandhi Hospital after a medical store employee reportedly referred to him as a “terrorist” upon seeing his name, Suthar Moin, on a case file. According to the complaint, when the incident was brought to the attention of hospital chief Dr Vinay Gandhi, he declined to take action against the staff member and reportedly told the patient to “call whoever you want, even the media,” prompting outrage among local residents.
