Members of various far-right Hindu nationalist groups alleged that Christian missionaries associated with ECE were converting Hindus under the guise of a “Healing Meeting” at Mohanlal Raichand Mehta Vidyalaya. Claiming that hundreds of Hindus were being targeted for conversion, Bajrang Dal members entered the venue, disrupted the prayer meeting, and pressured authorities to take legal action. An FIR was subsequently registered against pastors accused of involvement in the alleged conversion activity.
