BJP MLA Nitesh Rane, speaking at a government event, declared that Hindutva is the only issue that matters for voting. He referred to Muslims as “daadhiwalla” and “topiwalla,” asserting that they need not vote for him. He further stated that this is a “Hindu Rashtra” and that he does not care about people who speak Urdu. He described Muslims as “green snakes” that must be killed, claiming that saffron snakes are the best. He also targeted Zohran Mamdani and Sadiq Khan, accusing them of “Islamising” New York and London, while fearmongering about similar developments in Mumbai.
