VHP-Bajrang Dal held a Shastra Pujan, displaying several guns on stage, where speakers targeted Muslims. One speaker alleged that the “I love Mohammad” poster campaign was intended to break the country and invoked the conspiracy theories of “love jihad” and “land jihad.” Another justified violence in the name of religion citing religious texts and claimed that while non-Hindus are currently opposed in garba events, soon all men should be banned.
