Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, speaking at an event of Uttarakhandi migrants in Mumbai, promoted the anti-Muslim conspiracy theories of “love jihad,” “mazar jihad,” and “thook jihad.” He claimed that his government has taken action against “demographic imbalance” and “religious conversion.” He also praised the introduction of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) and the dissolution of the madrasa board.
