At a public rally in support of Bharatiya Janata Party candidates, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami claimed that the rights of citizens are being given to “ghuspaithiya” (infiltrators). He alleged that over the past 15 years, politics has shifted from development to appeasement, and accused that rights meant for citizens are being granted to “special community” who he claimed have settled illegally.
