Members of Hindu nationalist organisations protested against and raided a Christian prayer meeting, alleging and accusing those inside of conducting “illegal religious conversions.” They demanded to see the IDs and citizenship proof, alleging they were inviting foreigners and accused them of offering financial inducements to convert Hindus into Christianity. They seized Bibles and other religious materials and called the police for further action.
