Cow vigilantes affiliated with far-right groups attacked a vehicle transporting bulls. Akula Vivek, Manoj Kumar Sharma, and Kandeghar Dattatreya stopped the vehicle and alerted others through a WhatsApp group named “Kattar Hindu Sena.” Eleven more joined, chanting “Jai Shri Ram” and pelting stones. One attacker hit the driver in the stomach with a stone, seriously injuring him. The mob vandalised the pickup, beat the driver, and stole his phone and ₹2,000. A clash erupted between the vigilantes and the victim’s friends and acquaintances, injuring three policemen. Police eventually rescued the driver and recovered the bulls.
