Rohit Pradhan, leader of the Hindu Suraksha Seva Manch, used dehumanising slurs such as “jihadi” and “pig” for Muslims who consume cow meat, alleging that Muslims target cows, women, and temples because of their significance in Hinduism. He justified vigilante violence, stating that those involved in cow slaughter, targeting women, or raising slogans about breaking the country “should be ripped apart,” calling it “dharm.” He claimed that despite Sanatan-aligned governments being in power and Hindus forming 80% of the population, Hindus continue to live in fear while “Bharat Mata” is abused and temples destroyed. He further alleged that Hindus defending their religion from “jihadi pigs” are labelled “Bhagwa attanki” (saffron terrorists), while those raising slogans such as “Bharat tere tukde honge” are protected. Citing an alleged case of a woman’s kidnapping, he declared that “jihadi pigs” would be “corrected” if they continue to target women. He further accused political opponents of avoiding action for Muslim votes, contrasting them with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
